Terms and Conditions of Use

Using a valid form of payment, you can select downloadable software products or other merchandise for purchase. At the time of checkout, we will obtain authorization for the credit card you have provided.

For Software Download

Assuming credit card authorization has been received for your card, you will receive instructions via an email containing a copy of your invoice, instructions and a link to begin downloading the file.

If during downloading, the transmission is interrupted in any way, you can use that same link to begin the downloading process again.

Physical Goods

Assuming credit authorization has been obtained, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Once the goods have been shipped, an email confiming your purchase will be sent and your credit card will be debited.

Shipping Options for Physical Goods

At time of checkout, you may select from the available methods of shipping. The approximate time for shipping is shown, however delays may occur for reasons unanticipated and beyond our control and that of the shipper. The cost for shipping will vary in accordance with the method of shipping chosen. Once your product has shipped, all title and risk of loss will pass to you.

If your credit card authorization is not approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Sales and Other Taxes

Applicable sales taxes will be charged for downloadable software products where required by local law in the jurisdiction where the purchaser resides.

Some goods may be subject to taxes in addition to local, state, provincial and federal taxes including importation duties, excise, and VAT. These taxes, may not be included in the amount charged at the time of your product purchase but you will be responsible for the payment of such taxes to the appropriate authority, if applicable.
